While we do take returns, we hope you love everything you order.

If there is a problem, something arrives damaged, or you aren’t completely satisfied, we will take it back in exactly the way that you received it within 10 days and we will issue an exchange or store credit right away. We make exceptions during the holiday season and will take something back 30 days from Dec. 25th, in the condition that it was received.

Amelia is a shop with small batches of handmade goods. Not every product will be exactly as it appears in the photo. We try to make note of the different variations in the product descriptions, so please read carefully.

Some vintage items might appear worn and used. Please take this into consideration before purchasing.

Sadly, we can’t cover the shipping costs for exchanges and returns, so those are the responsibility of the customer. Maybe one day this will change, but until then, thanks for working with us. Should something arrive damaged, we will cover that and not leave you with double shipping charges. You can have it in the form of store credit or a refund. Please note, so as not to be confused, if you do have a return, you will be refunded the price of the item. Shipping costs will not be returned. Thank you.
